    Advice for those looking to open cold

    Despite the gargantuan task of opening cold ,it is important to set aside even small amounts of time for self-care. Burnout is very easy and frankly seems inevitable. When reaching that point, it is important to reassess which tasks could be delegated. Do not feel like you're letting your patients down by taking time away from the clinic, and make sure you take steps to ensure a good level of physical and mental health.
